Presken Waters

The hotel has enough parking space..the staff are really nice and friendly...I had a minor issue with my room and immediately they took me to another room...the hotel manager is always readily available to attend to any request... Their services are really fast and impressive

The staff provided excellent customer service, upgrading my room at no extra cost, which was a fantastic value. The room was clean, well-maintained, and functional. The complimentary breakfast, although a limited option, was tasty.

Pamilerin is an outstanding staff member who truly understands the hospitality business. She anticipated my needs even before i asked and provided excellent service. I originally stayed at another hotel but decided to move to Presken Hotel - and it was definitely the right decision!

Staff was friendly and flexible with changes. Big beds, with big rooms and staff always available to clean the rooms and room service was prompt. Location is perfect being very central to everything on the island. Parking available with 24hour security.
